Through our DMC partner, Phuket Dream Company, the day-to-day work happens in Phuket — their staff, their vehicles, their supplier contracts, and a decade of relationships with hotels, transport operators, marina managers, and tour providers across Thailand's Andaman coast and beyond. The Australian company exists so our travellers, agents, and operators have local accountability and a familiar legal entity to deal with on the AU side.
