Who we are
This website (prospectsuccess.com.au) is operated by Prospect Success Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia (ACN 646 487 005), with its registered office at Suite 2, Level 3, 13–15 Wentworth Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000.
In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Prospect Success Pty Ltd. "You" or "your" refers to anyone who visits our website or otherwise interacts with us.
Prospect Success Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, plus a limited amount of automatic technical data when you visit our website. Specifically:
Information you provide directly
- Your name and contact details (such as email address, phone number, or WhatsApp identifier) when you message us
- Travel-related details you choose to share — for example, travel dates, group size, accommodation preferences, budget range, and itinerary outlines
- Business details if you contact us as a travel agent, tour operator, or corporate client (your company name, role, agency credentials, etc.)
- Any other information you choose to include in an email, WhatsApp message, or other correspondence with us
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referrer URL, and pages viewed
- Aggregate usage analytics via Google Analytics (see Section 6)
What we don't collect. Our website doesn't have a contact form or a payment system. We don't collect credit card numbers, passport information, or other sensitive data through this website. If we ever need that kind of information for a booking or quote, it would be requested separately and stored elsewhere.
How we use your information
We use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry — whether about a Thailand travel itinerary, a partnership opportunity, or a general question
- To refer you to our destination management partner in Thailand (Phuket Dream Company), if your enquiry relates to a Thailand booking and you've asked us to do so
- To keep records of business communications, as required for tax, legal, or audit purposes
- To understand how our website is used, in aggregate (analytics)
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we don't use your information for unrelated marketing or advertising purposes.
Disclosure to third parties
We don't share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers we use to operate our business — such as our website host (Hostinger), email provider, and analytics provider (Google) — in the course of them providing those services. These providers may process data outside Australia.
- If you ask us to refer you to our DMC partner (see Section 5).
- Where we're required by law to disclose information — for example, in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or regulatory request.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our customers or others, where it is reasonable and lawful to do so.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
About our DMC partner (Phuket Dream Company)
Prospect Success Pty Ltd promotes and refers Thailand travel enquiries to Phuket Dream Company, an independent destination management company based in Phuket, Thailand. Phuket Dream Company is our business partner, but it is a separate and unrelated legal entity. We do not own each other, share staff, or share customer databases.
Important. Prospect Success Pty Ltd does not automatically forward your personal information to Phuket Dream Company. If your enquiry relates to a Thailand booking and you'd like to be put in touch with Phuket Dream Company directly, we'll typically encourage you to contact them yourself via their website (phuketdreamcompany.asia) so that you can establish a direct relationship with them under their own privacy practices.
If you do choose to engage with Phuket Dream Company, please note:
- Phuket Dream Company is governed by Thai privacy law, not Australian privacy law
- Their data handling, retention, and security practices are their own responsibility and are governed by their own privacy policy
- We encourage you to review Phuket Dream Company's privacy practices independently before sharing personal information with them
Prospect Success Pty Ltd is not responsible for how Phuket Dream Company collects, uses, or stores any information you provide directly to them.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device and collect information such as your IP address (anonymised), pages visited, time spent, and general location at country/city level.
This information is processed by Google in aggregate — we don't see which individual person did what on the site. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
If you'd prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or use your browser's "Do Not Track" or private browsing features.
Our website may also set basic functional cookies required for the site to operate normally. We don't currently use advertising or remarketing cookies.
Storage & security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. These steps include:
- Hosting our website with reputable providers that maintain appropriate security standards
- Using HTTPS encryption for all website traffic
- Limiting access to personal information to those who need it for legitimate business purposes
- Using secure email and messaging services to handle correspondence
While we take security seriously, no online service is ever completely secure. We can't guarantee the absolute security of your personal information, but we'll let you know promptly if a notifiable data breach affects your information, in line with our obligations under the Privacy Act.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. In practice:
- Enquiries that don't progress — typically deleted within 12 months
- Active or recent business correspondence — retained for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards
- Records required for tax or legal purposes — retained for up to 7 years, in line with Australian record-keeping obligations
- Aggregated and anonymised analytics — retained indefinitely (no personal information is identifiable)
You can ask us to delete your personal information sooner — see Section 9.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have rights over your personal information. You can:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any information you think is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading
- Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations
- Withdraw consent for us to use your information, where our use of that information was based on your consent
- Ask us to stop contacting you about future business at any time
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and usually within 30 days.
We don't charge a fee for handling these kinds of requests, though in unusual cases we may need to ask for proof of identity before responding to ensure we're not handing your information to someone else.
Complaints
If you think we've handled your personal information improperly, please contact us first — we'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy complaint".
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):

Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our website, or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent change was made.
If we make a material change — for example, starting to collect a new kind of information, or sharing information with new third parties — we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting a notice on this website.
By continuing to use our website after a change, you accept the updated policy.
