Thailand pricing genuinely shifts throughout the year, so every quotation is built from real-time supplier rates at the time of your enquiry. Any indicative figures or examples elsewhere on this site should be treated as illustrative, not as offers.
Our role & the DMC partner
Prospect Success Pty Ltd promotes and refers Thailand travel enquiries to Phuket Dream Company, an independent destination management company based in Phuket, Thailand. Phuket Dream Company is our business partner, but it is a separate and unrelated legal entity.
Our website may describe services that are operated, fulfilled, or delivered by Phuket Dream Company or by other third-party suppliers. Where this is the case:
- We are not the contracting party for those services
- The terms, conditions, pricing, cancellation policies, and liabilities for those services are governed by your direct contract with Phuket Dream Company (or the relevant third party), not by us
- We do not accept liability for the acts, omissions, performance, or quality of services provided by Phuket Dream Company or any other third-party supplier
Important. If you proceed with a booking or arrangement, your contract is with the supplier providing the service (typically Phuket Dream Company for Thailand travel arrangements), not with Prospect Success Pty Ltd. You should review their terms and policies independently.
Bookings & quotes
This website does not facilitate bookings or accept payments. If you enquire with us about Thailand travel:
- We will respond either by referring you to Phuket Dream Company directly, or by sharing general information that may help you
- Any quote you receive is valid only for the period stated in the quote, and is subject to supplier availability at the time of confirmation
- No booking is confirmed until you receive an explicit written confirmation, and any required deposit or payment has been received by the relevant supplier
- Booking-specific terms and conditions (cancellation, refund, change fees, force majeure, etc.) are set by the supplier and form part of the booking contract directly between you and that supplier
